When a difficult situation crops up in life, we often feel like we are the only ones to experience this issue. I am here to tell you that you are not alone. I can teach you the skills that you need to get through this difficult time. I am here to help, encourage, and empower you to take back your life. In the end, we only regret the chances we didn't take.

I provide an array of counseling services including counseling, military life, trauma counseling, premarital counseling, marriage, couples and family counseling.

Counseling is available in-person for Southwest Ohio and phone or video counseling for Ohio, Virginia, and Florida.
